HISTORY

1979.....Ideal Steel & Builders' Supplies, Inc. was established selling fireplaces, miscellaneous steel, and wood stoves.

1997.....Ideal Shield became an L.L.C. and began manufacturing its patented Product Line.

1998.....Ideal Contracting was established, a joint venture formed by Frank Venegas, Jr. and Barton Malow Company.

2004.....Ideal Setech Share the Spare was established to provide warehousing facilities and service to the GM Metal Fab Division-Share-the-Spare Program

2005.....Ideal Setech was formed a joint venture owned by The Ideal Group Inc, and SETECH Inc. in response to the increasing demand for innovative supply chain solutions from a common customer base.
